The following policies apply to all tours operated under Vogue Travel and Tours, LLC, including our regional divisions: Wicked Wonders Tours (New England) and Magnolia Heritage Tours (Southeast).

We value your privacy. When you book a tour, subscribe to updates, or contact us, we may collect personal information such as your name, contact details, and payment information. This information is used solely to:
 - Process bookings and confirmations
 - Communicate important updates
 - Improve guest experiences

We never sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. All data is securely stored, and you may request access, correction, or removal of your information at any time by contacting us directly.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we aim to handle cancellations with fairness and clarity.

Full Refund: Cancel by phone or email at least 48 hours before your tour to receive a full refund.
Partial Refund: Cancellations made between 24 and 47 hours prior to the tour start time are eligible for a 50% refund.
No Refund: Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice are not eligible for a refund.

If your cancellation is due to unforeseen circumstances beyond your control, please contact us directly. At our discretion, management may issue a refund or extend a credit toward a future tour. 

Cancellations must be made by phone or email to be valid. Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days.

Terms and Conditions

JBooking a tour with Vogue Travel and Tours, LLC constitutes agreement to the following terms and conditions: 

1. Tour Confirmation & Vehicles: While we strive to provide consistent quality, specific vehicle types may vary. All transportation is private and suited to the size and needs of your group. 

2. Photography & Video Recording: Our vehicles may be equipped with dash cams or onboard cameras for security. Additionally, our guides may take photos of your experience (with your permission) to share memories or for promotional use. 

3. Guest Conduct: We ask all guests to behave respectfully during tours. Disruptive, abusive, or unsafe behavior may result in removal from the tour without a refund. 

4. Safety & Compliance Guests must follow all safety instructions provided by their guide and adhere to park, museum, or site rules. Failure to comply may result in early termination of the tour without refund. 

5. Liability Waiver: Guests assume responsibility for participating in physical activities, walking tours, or any voluntary experiences. We are not liable for injuries or losses resulting from personal decisions, unsafe actions, or disregard of guidance, unless caused by gross negligence on our part. 

6. Health & Medical Disclosure: Please inform us in advance of any allergies, medical conditions, or mobility limitations. Guests are responsible for bringing any necessary medications or equipment. 

7. Policy Changes: We reserve the right to update our policies at any time. Updates will take effect immediately upon being posted to our website.

 8. Governing Law: All policies are governed by the laws of the state in which the tour operates. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration unless gross negligence is involved.
