Information Used for Your Tour

We use the contact and booking information you provide to arrange your tour, manage your reservation and deliver requested services. We use your booking reference and phone number to check access to your private tour-photo downloads.

Texting Choices

Text messaging is optional. When you agree to tour-related texts, we record your phone number, agreement, date, consent wording and how the agreement was collected. Staff-recorded choices also identify the staff member who recorded them. We use this information to document your choice and honor opt-outs.

We do not sell or share mobile information or text-message opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We may provide necessary information to service providers, including Twilio, that deliver messages or operate our services on our behalf. Consent to tour-related texts does not authorize promotional texts.

Service Providers & Photo Storage

Our website uses hosting, database, authentication, payment, email and storage providers to operate its services. Tour-photo ZIPs are stored privately in Google Drive and accessed through the Vogue website. Guest download access normally lasts three months after release. At expiry, files may be archived or deleted according to our storage settings. Booking, consent and message records may be retained for service, accounting, dispute and compliance needs.

Your Choices & Contact

You can decline texts, reply STOP to unsubscribe, or contact us to update your information or ask about access, correction or deletion. We may need to retain records necessary to complete services or meet applicable obligations.
