Tour Communications & Photo Delivery

These terms explain our tour communications and photo delivery. Tour-specific prices, cancellation terms, ticket restrictions and booking policies are disclosed with the selected tour and reservation.
Optional Tour Text Messages
With your permission, Vogue Travel and Tours, LLC may send text messages about your booked tour, including pickup arrangements, schedule updates and photo-download links. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase. This permission does not enroll you in promotional text messages.
You can agree using the optional checkbox on our website, or tell our staff that you agree. We record the phone number, date, method and wording of that agreement. Providing a phone number or making a booking alone does not opt you into automated texts.
Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance. You may also contact us to withdraw consent. After opting out, reply START to the sending number if you wish to resume texts. Carrier delivery is not guaranteed, so contact us directly for urgent changes.
Photo Delivery
After your completed photo collection is released, we send the download link by email when an email address is saved. If no email address is saved, we may send the link by text when you have agreed to receive these messages and text delivery is available.
Use your Vogue booking confirmation number and booking phone number to access your photo ZIP. Your download notice gives the expiry date, normally three months after the collection is released. Download and save your files before that date. Guest access ends at expiry; files may be archived or deleted under our storage settings. Contact us if you need help accessing a collection.
